Badgers were visited by Bugfest who helped us get close with some extraordinary minibeasts! They learnt many incredible facts and enjoyed meeting Pinchy the Scorpion, Marmite the Cockroach, Ringo the Beetle, Sticky McStickface and many others! Many of us showed our courage and held a variety of creatures and Miss Hancock and Mrs Allen even held Sparkle the Tarantula! We enjoyed reading The Big Book of Bugs, wrote Haiku poems about the bugs and discussed how important they are for our planet.
